“PUlp” 2023

Pulp is Fraya McDougall’s first solo show that opened at the Anna Leonowens Gallery in Halifax, NS on October 31, 2023.

“Crumple it up or hang it on the wall, Pulp is all about paper; or rather, the tension between mass-produced ephemera and the precious art object. Playing with paper-based media like collages, books, and drawings, McDougall contemplates the relationship a meager sheet of paper has with the world of fine art.”
